Annual statements of insurance companies - domestic, 1981-2002.

Domestic insurance company annual statements on printed forms approved by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners for use by insurance companies (other than town mutuals) doing business in the state of Wisconsin. The statements detail information to elicit a true and complete exhibit of the financial condition and the character and methods of each company or society and include such items as assets and liabilities, capital and surplus, claim reserves, gain and loss, dividends expenses, investments, solvency, amount of political contributions, lobbying expenses, and legal costs. These filings are required pursuant to s. 601.64, Wis. Stats. The statement folder may also contain the following approved National Association of Insurance Commissioners supplemental forms to the annual statement or equivalent: insurance expense exhibit; credit life, accident, and health experience exhibit; accident & health policy experience exhibit; valuation of reserves; schedule stockholder information supplement; and quarterly financial statements.
